Japanese women tie ribbons under breasts to boost cleavage to mimic cartoon character

Women across Japan are wearing ribbons below their breasts in a bid to increase the prominence of their cleavage.
The craze is based on Anime cartoon character Hestia, who stars in the new show 'Is It Wrong To Pick Up Girls In A Dungeon?', and sees women imitate the busty character.
Hestia has become a major hit with 'cosplayers' - super fans who imitate their favourite fictional characters by donning fancy dress.
The first episode of the show was broadcast last week.

McDonald’s Closing 131 Stores In Japan, Projected To Lose 318 Million This Year

McDonald’s Corp.’s Japan business forecast wider losses this year, announcing store closures and job cuts after sales suffered from food scandals.
The fast-food chain plans to close 131 stores this year, a cost of 4 billion yen, and to refurbish 2,000 others over the next few years, it said. About 100 jobs would be lost and the company’s president, Sarah Casanova, pledged to take a 20 percent pay cut for the next six months with other directors getting salary cuts of as much as 15 percent.
The company has faced difficulties after customers complained of finding foreign objects in its food, including a human tooth, prompting the company to announce preventive measures including store cleanings and inspections. Labor disputes at U.S. ports also forced it to ration french fries.

Is Mario Draghi Stupid, Crooked Or What?

Does Mario Draghi have a clue that he is destroying price discovery completely? Do the purported adults who run the ECB not see that the entire $40 trillion European debt market is flying blind without any heed to price signals and risk considerations at all?
Worse still, do they have an inkling that the soaring price of debt securities has absolutely nothing to do with the macroeconomic mumbo jumbo about “deflation” and “low-flation” that emanates from economists or the allegedly “slack” demand for credit in the business and household sectors?
In fact, European financial markets are being stampeded by a herd of front runners who listed to Draghi again yesterday reassure them that come hell or high water, the ECB will buy every qualifying bond in sight at a rate of $65 billion per month until September 2016. Full stop.
Never before has an agency of the state so baldy promised speculators literally trillions in windfall gains by the simple act of buying today what Draghi promises he will be buying tomorrow. And that will be some tomorrow because as more and more sovereign debt sinks into the netherworld of negative yield and falls below the ECBs purchase floor (-0.2%), there will be less supply eligible for the ECB to purchase from among the outstanding debt of each nation in the ECB capital key.

1,000 British soldiers given psychiatric help after consuming ‘zombie drug’

Figures show nearly 1,000 have sought psychiatric treatment after being given the MoD’s budget price anti-malarial drug Lariam.
A Freedom of Information (FoI) request revealed the figure is much higher than previously thought, with 994 service personnel being admitted to mental health clinics or psychiatric hospitals since 2008.
The figures only go back to 2007, so the true number may be much higher, as Lariam, also known as mefloquine, has been in use for much longer.

Tennessee Plan to Make Bible 'Official' Book Derailed

A plan to make the Bible the official state book in Tennessee derailed Thursday when the Republican-controlled Senate sent the measure back to a committee, effectively killing it this year.
The bill has divided Republicans in conservative Tennessee. Some say the Bible is far too sacred to be deemed an "official state book." Conversely, others believe it's an integral part of the state's history.
Tennessee's attorney general, Herbert Slatery, warned in a legal opinion earlier this week that the bill would violate separation of church and state provisions of both the federal and state constitutions. Similar worries about proposals in Mississippi and Louisiana caused lawmakers there to drop measures in recent years.

U.S. Blocked Declaration of a Right to Health Care

Bolivia’s President Evo Morales has blamed U.S. President Barack Obama for the failure of the recent OAS (Organization of American States) Summit of the Americas to issue a final declaration, and he says that a major sticking point for Mr. Obama was Obama’s opposition to a provision in the proposed declaration that would have said that health care is “a human right.” Mr. Obama insisted that it’s instead a privilege, access to which must be based primarily upon an individual’s ability-to-pay, as is the case in the United States.
Said Mr. Morales: “One point (in the drafted declaration) was important: health as a human right, and the U.S. government did not accept that health should be considered a human right… President Obama did not accept” that concept.
